WPD: Man yelled profanities, resisted arrest

WATERTOWN, NY —  Jesse L.A. DeMarco, 26, of 22627 Lewis St., Lot 18, Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 3:08 p.m. Friday, Sept. 27, in the 100 block of N. Orchard Street with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.

Mr. DeMarco is accused of standing in the roadway yelling profanities, police said. He also allegedly backed away from the officer when he was advised he was under arrest and then spun away from the officer in an attempt to avoid being detained, according to court documents.

He is summoned to appear Oct. 9 in City Court.
