WATERTOWN, NY — Kathryn E. Lillie, 37, of 661 Factory St., Apt. 1, Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 11:58 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 5, at her residence with second-degree criminal contempt.
Ms. Lillie is accused of violating the terms of a Family Court stay-away order of protection when she was alone with the protected party, 14 year-old girl, at about 5:27 p.m. Aug. 3 at 254 E. Main St., Apt 2, police said.
She was being held pending arraignment Monday morning in City Court.
