Man, woman charged with disorderly conduct at Watertown tavern

WATERTOWN, NYDiamond D. Harris, 22, of 20358 Bagram Road, Fort Drum, was charged by Watertown police at 2:09 a.m. Friday, Jan. 25, at Whistler’s Tavern, 107 Public Square with disorderly conduct, second-degree obstruction of governmental administration and resisting arrest.

Mr. Harris is accused of taking an aggressive stance with a police officer outside the tavern at about 2:05 a.m., police said.

He also allegedly repeatedly stopped walking while being escorted to a patrol vehicle and pushed away from the vehicle in an attempt to turn toward officers while he was being searched, according to court documents.

Police said Mr. Harris refused to provide any personal information needed to complete the arrest process at the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building.

He was being held on $500 police bail pending arraignment Friday morning in City Court.

Amanda Cisneros, 29, of 9839 Golf Crest Dr., Peyton, Colorado, was also arrested during the same incident.

She was charged with disorderly conduct after allegedly pushing Mr. Harris at about 2:00 a.m. at the tavern, police said.

Ms. Cisneros is summoned to appear Jan. 25 in City Court.
