WATERTOWN, NY —Â Craig A. Kiblin, 29, of 502 Main St., Glen Park, was charged by Watertown police at 8:43 a.m. Thursday, Sept. 26, at 1102 Boyd St. with second-degree criminal contempt.
Mr. Kiblin is accused of violating the terms of a City Court order of protection by sending a friend request and text message through a cell phone dating app to the phone of a 23-year-old woman on Sept. 20, according to court documents.
He was held for arraignment Thursday in City Court.
