Mia E. Lamarche, 38, of 206 N. Meadow St., Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 7:02 a.m. Sunday, Feb. 16, at 204 N. Orchard St. with fourth-degree grand larceny, a felony. She is accused of aiding and abetting Anthony Lopez in the commission of a crime by acting as the getaway driver of a vehicle Lopez got into after exiting Price Chopper, 1283 Arsenal St., with $1,058.95 worth of merchandise he did pay for at about 6:39 a.m. Sunday, according to court documents. She is summoned to appear March 9 in City Court.
Anthony J. Lopez, 35, of 327 Holcomb St., Apt. 102, Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 7:02 a.m. Sunday, Feb. 16, at 204 N. Orchard St. with fourth-degree grand larceny, a felony. He is accused of exiting Price Chopper, 1283 Arsenal St., with a shopping cart full of $1,058.95 merchandise without making an attempt to pay at about 6:39 a.m. Sunday, according to court documents. He is summoned to appear March 9 in City Court.
Dylan B. Walker, 21, of 10212 4th Armored Div. Dr., Apt. 153, Fort Drum, was charged by Watertown police at 2:19 a.m. Monday, Feb. 17, at 107 Public Square, with disorderly conduct. He is accused of ignoring police orders to disperse the area after he had to be held back by a friend to prevent him from getting into a confrontation with others, police said. He is summoned to appear March 6 in City Court.
Terry D. Coneley, 34, of 18705 Woodruff Settlement Road, Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 2:25 a.m. Monday, Feb. 17, at 107 Public Square with disorderly conduct. He is accused of ignoring police orders to disperse the area after being held by a bouncer to prevent him from getting into a confrontation with other people, according to court documents. He is summoned to appear March 6 in City Court.
Cody M. Motsko, 20, of 66723 Annabelle Dr., Evans Mills, was charged by Watertown police at 2:23 a.m. Monday, Feb. 17, at 107 Public Square with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest. He is accused of ignoring police orders to disperse the area where a large group had gathered in front of a bar, police said. He is summoned to appear March 3 in City Court.
Kyle R. Perron, 31, of 26087 Jewett Place, Calcium, was charged by Watertown police at 2:22 a.m. Monday, Feb. 17 , at 107 Public Square with disorderly conduct. He is accused of ignoring police orders to disperse the area where a large group had gathered in front of a bar, continued to argue with officers after attempting to interfere with the arrest of another person, police said. He was released to military custody and summoned to appear March 3 in City Court.
Benito Jesus Serna, 21, of 10136 4th Armored Div. Dr., Apt. 101, Fort Drum, was charged by Watertown police at 2:22 a.m. Monday, Feb. 17, at 107 Public Square with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest. He is accused of ignoring police orders to disperse the area where a large group had gathered in front of a bar, police said. He also allegedly pulled away from officers several times and refused to provide his hands for handcuffing, according to court documents. He is summoned to appear March 3 in City Court.
Wayne L. Armstrong Jr., 22, of 10136 4th Armored Div. Dr., Apt. 317A, Fort Drum, was charged by Watertown police at 2:23 a.m. Monday, Feb. 17, at 107 Public Square with disorderly conduct. Police said he was observed acting disorderly in front of a bar. He is summoned to appear March 3 in City Court.
Elizabeth C. Lapoint, 23, of 2707 SE 115th Ave., Portland, OR, was charged by Watertown police at 2:14 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 16, at 540 State St. with petit larceny. She is accused of stealing $600 from Marissa Walker by removing the money from a storage closet and concealed it from Ms. Walker at about 11:57 a.m. Sunday, Feb. 16 at 775 Rand Drive, Room B109-D, according to court documents. She is summoned to appear March 9 in City Court.
