DEXTER, NY —Â Ralph Lyle Timerman Jr., 86, Dexter, passed away Monday morning, Nov. 11, 2019, at his residence.
Ralph was born Sept. 26, 1933, in Watertown, the son of Ralph L. Timerman Sr. and Geraldine Baker Timerman.
Ralph has resided at the JRC residence since 1979. He participated in Religious Education for People with Disabilities. He volunteered with his Day Habitation group in various places in the community, such as delivering meals for Meals on Wheels. He avidly was interested in anything with wheels and could name make and model of any vehicle that passed on the street. He was very friendly and also enjoyed “people watching.
He is survived by a niece Linda Baker of Nassau, NY.
Ralph was predeceased by his parents and his sister Dorothy Mellen who passed away in August.
A funeral service will be 11 a.m. Friday, Nov. 15, at the Johnson Funeral Home, Dexter with Fr. Michael Gaffney officiating. Burial will be in Dexter Cemetery. There are no calling hours.
