CARTHAGE, NY — Graveside services for Reginald E. “Reggie” Smith will be held 11 a.m. Thursday, June 7, in Fairview Cemetery with the Reverend Canon Samuel P. Lundy officiating.
Reggie died Thursday, Dec. 21, 2017, at Riverledge Nursing Home, Ogdensburg.
