WATERTOWN, NY —Â Cathy A. Horbacz, 45, of 14277 Shangraw Road, Rodman, was charged by Watertown police at 8:59 a.m. Saturday, May 25, at the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building with petit larceny.
Ms. Horbacz is accused of stealing $449.21 from Save A Lot grocery store, 1851 State St., when she removed the cash from her cash register while she was employed as a cashier at the store at about 8 a.m. April 27, according to court documents.
She is summoned to appear June 11 in City Court.
