WATERTOWN, NY — Albert H.M. Scott, 21, of 276 State St., Apt. 2A, Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 4:35 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 16, at 276 State St. with petit larceny.
Mr. Scott is accused of stealing an American flag and flag pole that was post on the outside of Home Deli restaurant, 305 W. Main St., at about 8:26 p.m. Sept. 12, according to court documents. The value of the flag and pole was listed at $50.
He is summoned to appear Sept. 30 in City Court.
