WATERTOWN, NY — Sergio Cisneros, 52, homeless, was charged by Watertown police at 2:34 a.m. Thursday, Nov. 5, at 232 W. Main St. with fourth-degree criminal mischief.
Mr. Cisneros is accused of intentionally damaging a window at Kennedy F. Smiley’s apartment when he threw a rock through window causing the glass to shatter at about 6:30 p.m. Nov. 30 at 232 W. Main St., Apt. 12A, according to court documents.
He is summoned to appear Dec. 18 in City Court.
